All sale items are final sale.

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for exchange or store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags still on the item.

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: gift cards, hair accessories, furniture, personalized items, photo props, SALE items, and custom items.

Seasonal and holiday items — Easter, Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day and similar holiday-focused pieces — are also final sale, so we can't take them back for a return or store credit. We are happy to swap sizes where we can: if the size you need is still available, email us and we'll sort it out. Size swaps need to be requested before the holiday itself has passed. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags still on.

To initiate an exchange, a return for store credit, or a holiday size swap, please email hello@shoplittlecousins.com.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective you need to notify customer service via email at hello@shoplittlecousins.com within 10 days of receipt to file a claim. Please provide your order number and detailed photos and/or video of the defect. We are happy to help!

Shipping:

We offer free GROUND shipping on all US orders over $75. No code needed! Local pickup is available at our Atascadero store, usually ready within 24 hours.

After an order is placed, your items will be shipped in the next 1-3 business days.

You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. You will be responsible for shipping charges if a return is exchanged. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note that processing delays in transit resulting from public holidays, severe weather, or courier transit errors are beyond our control. While we will make every effort to assist in resolving these issues, we are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit.
