Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns on seasonal items, sale items or gift cards.
Accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for items purchased in store or at a pop up event for exchange or store credit.
Accepts returns within 30 days of date of delivery for items purchased online for exchange or store credit.
Items being returned for exchange or store credit must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags still on the item. The following items are final sale and NOT returnable: hair accessories, furniture, personalized items, photo props, SALE items, seasonal items, and custom items. To initiate an exchange or return for store credit please email hello@shoplittlecousins.com or you can login to your customer account for self service returns here.
You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. You will be responsible for shipping charges if a return is exchanged. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective you need to notify customer service via email at hello@shoplittlecousins.com within 10 days of receipt to file a claim. Please provide your order number and detailed photos and/or video of the defect. We are happy to help!
