Shipping & Returns

Items being returned for exchange or store credit must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags still on the item. 

All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All Holiday items cannot be returned or exchanged after given Holiday.

The following items are final sale and NOT returnable: gift cards, hair accessories, furniture, personalized items, photo props, SALE items, seasonal items, and custom items. To initiate an exchange or return for store credit please email hello@shoplittlecousins.com.

Free GROUND Shipping on orders over $100. If you need rush shipping please let us know. We can send an invoice for the rush shipping amount.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective you need to notify customer service via email at hello@shoplittlecousin.com within 10 days of receipt to file a claim. Please provide your order number and detailed photos of the defect. We are happy to help!
