Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders

Payments for pre-orders are processed in full at the time of purchase. You can cancel a paid pre-order item that has not yet been fulfilled for a refund.
