What is the Maileg Preorder?
We only open preorders for items where we have a confirmed order with Maileg and a confirmed shipping date. We accept preorders up to the exact quantities we've secured — once those are gone, the item shows as sold out. If you've already placed a preorder, your item is secured and you don't need to do a thing except get excited.
How to Place a Preorder
Simply add any item labeled "PREORDER" to your cart and checkout as normal. It's that easy — your piece is reserved and on its way to you.
What If an Item Shows as Sold Out?
If a preorder item has reached its limit and shows as sold out, you can still get notified when it becomes available. Simply click the "Notify me when available" button on the product page, enter your email address, and we'll send you an alert as soon as stock opens up.

In most cases, yes — we hold in-stock items and ship your complete order together when your preorder arrives. If you need in-stock items right away, simply place a separate order for them.
